The personalized season ticket entitles you to 2 random visits to HANSA-PARK on the opening days of the 2025 season.

And this is how it works:

  • Admission with the 2-day ticket takes place via biometric access control. When you enter for the first time, a template of your face is created, thus completing the personalization of your 2-day ticket. The template is a kind of "face template" that is stored in the form of a sequence of numbers and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal data. The face template can be made visible as a photograph for authorized persons at HANSA-PARK.

Booking conditions for 2-day tickets

  • In our online shop you can buy 2-day tickets for:
    •     Visitors 12 years and older         € 81 p. pers.
    •     Visitors 4 - 11 years                  € 61 p. pers.
          Proof of age must be presented upon entering the park.
  • Different promotions and discounts can not be combined with each other.
  • The 2-day ticket entitles only the ticketholder personally to enter HANSA-PARK and can be used on any 2 visiting days in the 2025 season during opening hours. Please note the opening hours calendar and possible closing days: www.hansapark.de/opening-times. The season is scheduled from April 10 to November 02, 2025. All season dates, opening and closing days, hours of operation, and attraction offerings are subject to change at any time.  Occasionally, individual attractions may have to be closed, even without notice. There is no right to a refund or partial refund/reduction of the entrance fee.
  • All operating rides, shows and hands-on attractions are included in the admission price. Individual other offers, such as gold panning, are subject to a a fee.  Please refer to the notices on site. Please also check www.hansapark.de and our free app for continuously updated attraction offerings.
  • The ticket is personal and non-transferable. By scanning the QR code, the ticketholder can enter the park directly through the turnstile gate at the main entrance. Upon first entry, the 2-day ticket is personalized by creating a face template. Once the template is created, it is irrevocably assigned to the 2-day ticket.
  • Refund of the purchase price - in full or in part - and/or transfer to another season are not possible. This also applies in the event of an official closure.
  • With purchase or use of the 2-day ticket 2025, the park regulations (see notice in the park or homepage www.hansapark.de) as well as our 2-day ticket conditions are accepted.
  • Data protection information on the processing of personal data (mandatory information especially for 2-day ticket holders)
  • Only bookable as e-ticket. Postal delivery is not possible.

Booking conditions for the parking ticket on our large parking lot

  • Purchase it now: Parking ticket per car and day € 6.
  • Valid for one car parking space on our HANSA-PARK large parking lot without e-charging station subject to free capacities. The use of the online parking ticket on HANSA-PARK special parking areas such as the special parking area for electric vehicles or mobile homes is not possible.
  • Valid once until the end of the season 2025. If used in subsequent years, a surcharge may be payable.
  • Season duration: As it stands today, the season is scheduled from April 10 to November 02, 2025. Please note park opening hours and closing days according to the opening hours calendar at www.hansapark.de/opening-times. Subject to change without notice.
  • Season pass holders can obtain parking lot tickets at the parking lot vending machines. RVers are welcome to check in at the on-site parking lot ticket office.
  • On the road with an e-car? Our special parking lot is available for e-cars (subject to availability). You will receive your parking ticket at the barrier upon entry and pay for it at the parking ticket machine before leaving the parking lot. There is no discount for season pass holders in this parking lot.

Ticket purchased - What happens next?

  • You will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address stored in the order. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 24 hours. This e-mail contains the following information in the attachment:
    • Ticket(s) as pdf-file
    • Invoice
    • General terms and conditions
  • Online tickets can either be a PDF or shown digitally ready to scan the QR code:
    • Online day admission tickets: one-time direct access to the park via the main entrance.
    • Online parking ticket: on exit, hold it directly at the parking barrier of the HANSA-PARK parking lot, in the trough provided so that the barrier opens for exit.
