Payment Methods
You can pay in our online shop in a single transaction by using the following payment methods.
WERO
WERO is a new European online instant payment method that German banks and savings banks also participate in.
You can pay simply by scanning a QR code with your smartphone or tapping on a link in the online shop. All you need is your usual banking app or the Wero app.
To make your payment via WERO, select the corresponding logo on the shop payment page of our payment system provider “Saferpay.” Once you have authorized your payment, the order can be successfully completed. Real-time bank transfer (Bank Transfer by Worldline)
Your advantage: Benefit from greater convenience with real-time transfers directly during the ordering process and ensure direct ticket delivery after payment receipt. Our tip when speed is of the essence!
Select the “Bank Transfer by Worldline” logo on the shop payment page of our payment system provider “Saferpay.” You will then be redirected to the “Bank Transfer by Worldline” shop payment page, which will collect your bank details. Payment process:
1. Select your bank.
2. Verify your identity with your bank by entering additional information, e.g., your IBAN. Some banks also require your customer number, user name, or alias.
3. After the summary, your bank will be authorized to initiate a real-time transfer of the specified amount from your account. Please note that your bank may charge a fee for real-time transfers.

Prepayment
Alternatively, you can also make your bank transfer after doing your order in our online shop. But please note: Tickets will only be sent after payment has been received and a corresponding processing time has elapsed.
How it works:
Complete your purchase by clicking on “Place order”.
You will receive an email with all the information you need to make the transfer. Make a note of the order number and transfer the money within 10 days.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation including your tickets/vouchers by email. This can take up to 5 working days.

Please note the 10-day deadline. After this, any payments cannot be accepted. Ideally, you should make the transfer as a real-time transfer.
Credit Card
The shop payment page, which records your credit card data, is a page of PAYONE GmbH, powered by Worldline , based in Frankfurt.

“Verified by Visa” (VbV) or “MasterCard SecureCode” (MSC) is required. Please have your credit card information including proof of identity ready.

Dankort
Possible as VISA/Dankort or Mastercard/Dankort. The payment page “Saferpay”, which collects your credit card data, is a page of PAYONE GmbH, powered by Worldline, based in Frankfurt.

Transactions are processed as Visa or Mastercard using the co-branding procedure. Please enter your data as usual directly into the payment page.

Apple Pay or Google Pay
To make your credit card payment via Apple Pay, or Google Pay, select the corresponding logo of your preferred payment method on the payment page of our payment system provider “Saferpay”. After you have verified your entries, the order can be successfully completed. Unfortunately, these payment methods are currently only possible with a registered VISA or Mastercard.
- Apple Pay: Apple Pay offers a convenient, secure and confidential method of payment via iPhone, iPad and Mac. Click on Apple Pay and confirm your purchase using the touch/face ID on your Apple device without entering your credit card details.
- Google Pay: Google Pay also offers a quick and easy payment method. To use the service, you must first download and set up the free Google Pay app for Android. This must then be linked to your Google account.
