The personalized season ticket entitles you to any number of visits to HANSA-PARK on the opening days of the 2024 season.
New from 2024:
- Admission with the season ticket takes place via biometric access control. When you enter for the first time, a template of your face is created, thus completing the personalization of your season ticket. The template is a kind of "face template" that is stored in the form of a sequence of numbers and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal data. In this process, less data is stored than with a photo ("principle of data minimization" according to DSGVO).

- Unless consent is given by the season ticket holder for the use of the template, access to the park is not through the turnstiles and stroller entrances, but on the basis of a visual and ID check at each entry. For this purpose, season ticket holders report to the service desk in the entrance area before each visit. In these cases, you cannot purchase the season ticket in the online shop, but only in the service center at the main entrance on site.

General information:
- Price for the season ticket 2024: € 125 per person.
- Different promotions and discounts can not be combined with each other.
- The season ticket entitles only the cardholder personally to enter HANSA-PARK and can be used as often as desired from the date of issue until the end of the season 2024 during opening hours. Please note the opening hours calendar and closing days: www.hansapark.de/opening-times. The season is scheduled from March 28 to November 03, 2024. All season dates, opening and closing days, hours of operation, and attraction offerings are subject to change at any time. Occasionally, individual attractions may have to be closed, even without notice. There is no right to a refund or partial refund/reduction of the entrance fee.
- All operating rides, shows and hands-on attractions are included in the admission price. Individual other offers, such as gold panning, are subject to a a fee. Please refer to the notices on site. Please also check www.hansapark.de and our free app for continuously updated attraction offerings.
- The card is personal and non-transferable. By scanning the QR code, the cardholder can enter the park directly through the turnstile gate at the main entrance. Upon first entry, the season pass is personalized by creating a face template. Once the template is created, it is irrevocably assigned to the season pass.
- Refund of the purchase price - in full or in part - and/or transfer to another season are not possible. This also applies in the event of an official closure.
- With purchase or use of the season ticket 2024, the park regulations (see notice in the park or homepage www.hansapark.de) as well as our season ticket conditions are accepted.
- Data protection information on the processing of personal data (mandatory information especially for season ticket holders)
- Only bookable as e-ticket. Postal delivery is not possible.
- Subject to change without notice.
Offer "Parking discount"
The offer "discounted parking" is valid only for season ticket holders of full age. The regular daily parking fee is € 6.

**The parking discount will only be granted to season ticket holders over 18 who park at HANSA-PARK’s large parkinglot . It applies to passenger cars only and is subject to availability of parking spaces. Limited to 1 car park ticket per visit to the park.
What happens next?
- You will shortly receive a confirmation email to the email address stored in the order. This may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases. This e-mail contains the following information in the attachment:
- Season ticket(s) as pdf file
- Invoice
- General terms and conditions
- Have your season ticket ready either as a PDF printout or digitally at the entrance. For first-time visitors, personalization will take place directly at the entrance using a template.
- Season ticket can also be used in the HANSA-PARK app: Please check whether the latest app version is installed on your mobile device. Then please follow the steps instructed there.
- Alternatively, you also have the option of using Wallet.
- The HANSA-PARK card in credit card format is available at the entrance ticket office.
