Booking conditions for gift cards

  • Redeemable in the HANSA-PARK online shop as well as on site.
  • Valid until the end of the third year after purchase date.
  • Can be scanned multiple times as long as credit is available.
  • Remaining credit is not redeemable. If credit is insufficient, the remainder can be paid in another way.
  • Only bookable as e-voucher. Available either as a pdf printout or digitally.

What happens next?

  • You will shortly receive a confirmation email to the email address saved in the order. This may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases. This e-mail contains the following information in the attachment:
    • Gift card(s) as pdf file
    • Invoice
    • General terms and conditions
  • This is how the redemption works:
    • On site: have the QR code ready as a pdf printout or digitally at the checkout.
    • In the online shop: Enter the gift card number in the cart and be counted towards the total.
